Customer Journey

There are many avenues you might come across us. You may have visited our website or have seen our office located in Pride Park, near Derby Arena. A friend may have recommended us or you might have bumped into one of our Angels out and about and got chatting!

So, what are you to expect on your journey with us? We have created a list of steps to show you how we work and how your order process will unfold.  This is so you know exactly how we function and what to expect next!


When you have an idea of what you would like to print, pop it in an email or give us a ring. We will compile some ideas together and email you a quote. If you have no idea – don’t worry – get in touch and we’ll do the thinking for you!


If you are happy with your quote and would like to proceed, we would now move on to the artwork. If you have artwork ready, send it over to us and we will create a proof for you using our trusty 12 point check. If you are stuck for ideas or need artwork creating, our design team is on hand to create something fabulous for you.


Once we have artwork, you will need you to approve it before it goes to print. We will do our very best to point out any mistakes because we want your order to be as perfect as possible.


Once your artwork is approved, it is sent to print and we will email you an invoice. This will need to be paid before delivery or upon collection, whichever suits you best! Some clients have a credit account and in that case, the job will be despatched as soon as it is checked, packed and ready.


Typically, your printing takes 5-7 working days from approval. If, however, you need a speedy job, let us know and we can arrange this for you. Some jobs can be produced the very next day so, it’s always worth an ask!


Once your order is ready we can deliver this to you or a third party address. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect from our office near Derby Arena. Customers are always welcome here, especially if you are bringing a four-legged friend with you! We love animals!


Once you have received your order we would LOVE to hear from you! Any feedback is greatly appreciated and there is nothing better than hearing back from a satisfied customer! If there is any way in which we can improve – please do let us know.
